Just want to add a point or two:
Government has done much needed help to revive the economy during the months of September, October, and November. This budget further adds to those measures for revival.
Since there is time lag for any policy implementation and its impact, economy will bounce back in coming days.
The government has also tried to spend within its limits by maintaining the fiscal deficit of the country, which is quite laudable, since the previous government failed to curtailed the fiscal deficit during subprime crises (2008-2009).

Keep posting such informative things for the benefit at large!!!!!

Coming to your point regarding the size of funds allocated for Skills Development. Though it seems small compared to the total budget, 3000cr in itself is quite huge and adequate for the ministry currently. A higher amount were indeed allocated in previous years, but were cut short due to underutilization of funds.

Your analysis and flow of information is really easy to understand. I thoroughly enjoyed your views on Union Budget 2020. I’m even impressed with the cited quotation from one of the greatest recognised literature for economics policies by Chanakya. I would be interested to understand skill development budget allocations and how just a small percentage of entire budget suffices the purpose of it at first place, would be very useful if you can share your thoughts or some reference links for the subject matter mentioned above.
